I get asked this question a lot… “What is the best diet plan for weight loss”. The answer isn’t what you might expect.
Everybody normally expects a blanket answer to this question i.e. Keto, Vegan, high protein low carb… even eating schedules like Intermittent Fasting.
However the best diet for you, depends on what you enjoy the most. Assuming you’re not entering a physique competition, or you have a very specific deadline to lose weight for, then a diet plan that you enjoy and fits into your lifestyle will provide the best long term results.
So if you’re currently starting a New Years Resolution to lose weight, and you’re deciding which diet plan to start… make sure you pick the one that you could see yourself doing one year from now.
