Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he is not allowed to talk about signing Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund until the transfer is completed.

Erling Haaland has informed Borussia Dortmund that he will leave the club at the end of the season and Manchester City informed Dortmund last week that City are ready to activate the striker’s €75m release clause
